Data we process
This website has no forms and collects no data. The “Your appointment” list only drafts a message in your own WhatsApp; nothing is sent until you send it. If you write, call or book on Booksy, we use your data (name, phone number, message) only to reply and manage your appointment. Bookings on Booksy are also covered by Booksy’s privacy policy.
Legal basis and retention
Your consent and the client relationship (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). We keep data as long as needed or required by law.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, its network logs technical data such as IP address and browser, only to serve and protect the site (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6.1.f). Transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).
